Ritish shares his story of what motivated him to begin this venture:
At my graduation, I lost my bike. When I got up to police stations I was fed up. Then I invented a solution for vehicle safety which is taken by Hyundai and a few other automobile clients based on which I took a step to start a company after my graduation.

To begin a business looks good on paper, but the truth is, it is a tiring process that has constant failures, re-iterations, and alterations. Putting this into consideration, what is your advice to the entrepreneurs?
There will be times when you come across odds. Stay strong and you will be able to perceive these challenges with a better outlook as you have acquired knowledge, skill, and confidence which will help you to overcome these hindrances to success because you’ve done it before. Understand this through an analogy. Assume that you are climbing a mountain and you only keep your eyes on tough terrains and difficult navigation focusing only on the problems.
As you keep ascending, your climb will become exhausting and devoid of experiences. But if you consider every step a foot forward towards the summit of achievement, you will be able to enjoy the scenic beauty around, the flowers and the view and your climb will be very different. Businesses are exactly the same; it’s not only about the destination –learn to live the journey.
How does the organization promote the professional growth and development of its employees? What continuing learning opportunities do you have for your employees?If a human mind can develop the technology, it sure can innovate it for use in varied business models; and that’s exactly what our people are capable of!

How do you deal with the uncertainties occurring in the conduction of the business venture?
While the COVID19 pandemic has definitely put a lot of companies to the test, generally speaking, all companies by definition have to deal with uncertainty every day, several times a day. I think the best way to deal with uncertainty is the first to expect it and be comfortable with it. Second, build an internal value system that rewards change and dynamism in work prioritization. By being flexible about any challenges coming our way and being nimble in our speed of response is what allows us to deal with uncertainty. Since we are ahead of the two years plan and we already did research and development on 85+ projects. We also have 10+ development projects for marketing namely Patrika, Eaquasales, Agri dairy, aquaexpress, Best of Brilliants (Classboard connect, Tuitions Module), eservice Bazar, Filmestore, Get Groceries…. We had a detailed plan for the next 2years.
What does the company hold for it in the future (Plans)?

We have a special wing Sagar hope center, we do charity activities like food donation, education for 10 poor students every year, medicine distribution and grocery distribution.
We do social awareness programs yearly twice. Our team plants trees in their respective communities. Even in the covid pandemic, we served around 5 lakh people with food and groceries.

I suggest seven points for young entrepreneurs:

- Know-How to Network: Business networking is a really valuable way to expand your knowledge, learn from the success of others, get new clients, and tell others about your business. … A strong and active business network has advantages that can make your business grow and flourish.
- Basic Money Management Skills and Knowledge: As a business owner, if you fail to manage your money wisely, then it can lead to issues like running out of money, not having enough savings, and making late payments. Top Money Management Suggestions: If you want the business to operate smoothly, then you must have enough money to cover all the necessary expenses.
- Flexibility: It builds employee trust and commitment, helps attract and keep key talent, as well as drives everyone to find solutions that work for all those involved.
- Passion: Passion is what drives you to succeed because you are completely dedicated to making your business work no matter how hard the process may be.
