JioBook laptop with Windows 10 closer to launch in India: Report

In India, Reliance launched the JioPhone Next, a low-cost smartphone. The Mukesh Ambani-led telecom has been working hard to introduce new products that help create an ecosystem. Following the 4G JioPhone, the business is expected to release a 5G variant later this year.
In addition, the business may introduce the JioBook, a new laptop. Some facts about the Jio laptop have previously emerged. A new report from 91Mobiles reveals some details. The website has uncovered some important data about the gadget, including its software. Let’s examine the specifications, features, and other aspects of the JioBook.
JioBook laptop closer to its India launch
91Mobiles has shared the hardware approval document for the JioBook, although the document does not mention JioBook anywhere. According to the reports, the Reliance Jio laptop has a product ID of 400830078 and would come pre-installed with Windows 10. Given that you’ll be getting a licenced Windows on the laptop, it should be qualified for a Windows 11 update. It is also highly likely that Jio will offer some sort of forked version of Windows 10 with JioBook to bring down the cost, as it has done with JioPhone Next. The listing also indicates that the processor is an ARM processor, rather than an x86 processor from Intel or AMD.
The firm name is Emdoor Digital Technology Co LTD, according to the listing. Jio would likely buy the laptop from a vendor and sell it under its own brand name.
JioBook expected features
In terms of the JioBook’s features, XDADevelopers previously revealed that the device would have an HD (1,366×768 pixels) display and will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 SoC with a Snapdragon X12 4G modem. Up to 4GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 64GB of eMMC onboard storage are rumoured to be included with the CPU. According to reports, the laptop would have a tiny HDMI port, dual-band Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth connectivity.
JioBook is rumoured to come pre-installed with apps including JioStore, JioMeet, and JioPages, as well as Microsoft software like Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Edge, and Office. The corporation is yet to announce the specifics of the formal launch of its new product.
