Today, Seven Hats is touching the sky of success under the excellent guidance of Neha Sundesha. She is an alumna of Columbia Business School, where she did her MBA after graduating in mathematics from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania.

The dynamic business lady started her career as a Financial Institutions Investment Banker at Bear Stearns soon after graduating. Before the financial crisis, she worked on some of the most intriguing recapitalisation and M&A deals. Later, she relocated to the World Bank, where she worked as a member of a small Asset and Liability Management Team and coordinated with finance ministries throughout the globe to manage the balance sheets in terms of multilateral exposure. She also worked for McKinsey & Co. in New York City before joining Tata Capital’s Growth Fund as a private equity analyst.

She laid the foundation of Seven Hats Consulting ten years ago, and ever since, she has effectively led the company and elevated it to higher latitude. THE INSPIRING STORY OF ORIGIN – SEVEN HATS CONSULTING
Seven Hats was borne out of Neha Sundesha’s personal experiences, crisscrossing the world- from her education at UPenn, where she studied Mathematics and explored the arts, history and culture to the fullest. Neha spent summers on an archaeological dig site in Israel, lived on a Kibbutz, learned Arabic, created an audio documentary (before the age of podcasts) of people living in a Kibbutz, worked with Nobel Laureates in Silicon Valley; helped start a youth incubator in Lagos, wrote and directed musicals at Penn. While working all-nighters on Wall Street, she witnessed the overnight collapse of a 200-year-old company and realized that no one size fits everyone.

Neha has worked with over 20 governments at the World Bank, attended Columbia Business School with a passion for understanding how to build better talent in emerging markets, and private equity in India, and is currently finishing her tenth year at Seven Hats.

“If someone had asked me what I wanted to do when I was 15, or even 23, I probably would have had a general idea but no specific response”, said Neha. “It’s okay that way.
