“During the initial days, we made many mistakes. Underquoting the project was one major mistake. At one point we were had a lot of trouble related to financial management. To onboard the best candidates and remove the underperforming ones was again a big challenge. Hiring was comparatively easier, but when it came to firing we had a hard time. Financial plans were not made properly. We also had cultural barriers. People did not readily accept changes. When we planned to do A, there was always a twist in the story and the problem B popped up. While we were still trying to solve B, problem C was already there. Every day was a new challenge and learning from those challenges made us what we are today. R&D is the best way to expand the company. Without R&D no company grows. We invested a lot in R&D. Knowledge is wealth and we kept exploring new methods and strategies to expand the company. Today, at PENTOZ we work with clients who are coming with great digital ideas. We are a team of digital innovators. We don’t just build a software product, but we give life to the product.
