What if we can change the mentality and think win word has only become for me. In this way, your mind feels relax and you can concrete on the work that’s really important for us.

3. Make health stronger
this is the most effective habit that allows you to synergistically improve the ability to practice all other habits. A lot of influencers have said that we should devote the time to renewing ourselves in a different way such as socially, spiritually, mentally and physically. Now you are thinking about what it is? Well, this is the dimension that improves our concentration level. Here I am going to define these dimensions.
Physical: we need an ability to do the work more. The best way to improve capability by doing the physical exercise I know this sounds so simple but once you get habitual of it. You will see big changes. The physical activity you have to do per day even a little bit. Also, eat well and try to sleep sufficiently.
Mentally: without a good brain, we are just toys. It means, we all have a job to take care of it. If you want to make brain sharper you have to do some brain exercises such as read books as much as possible, limit the TV show, and improve your thought.
Spiritually: to improve concentration level, you can try mediation, immerse yourself by music or literature, and try to connect with nature.
Socially: to develop a meaningful relationship you need to do something for other people like make a contribution to the project, try to understand other people, and many others like this.
4. Should be clear destination
Our parents used to ask a very common question” what do you what to be when you grow up.” Which means they were trying to check our destination. Think again about what you want to become. Imagination can be used to improve a vision. As you have seen in office people work so hard for promotion or recognition. But we don’t ask ourselves that what we are doing it matter for us or not. everything we do, we need to start with the end in mind. We have to clear the destination, in this way we make sure, all decisions are taken in the right direction.
