The most successful 15 years of the journey was started by Global C as a Humble Construction Management & Design Engineering Consultancy. The Firm was founded by Gaurav Moudgil who is an Alumni of the University of California at Berkeley, USA & Punjab Engineering College at Chandigarh. Later, the firm was joined by Aman Moudgil, a Computer Engineer and Alumni of Panjab University at Chandigarh.
Mr. Deepak Moudgil who served Engineers India Ltd for over 4 decades and retired as Director (Projects) on Board of EIL has been a mentor who imbibed strong foundations for ethics, focus on Technology and strong Contract Management expertise. Global C also has an experienced Mentor Board including Mr. Jasbir Singh who retired from the Airport Authority of India as GM Engineering and also served as AVP with GMR Group.
Mr. Juan Segovia a Stalwart in the European Construction Industry who is based out of Madrid, Spain is another cornerstone and part of a think tank. He’s been associated with Global C for over a decade and is responsible for getting Gilco Global Pvt Ltd, which is a sister concern of Global C to become exclusive distributors of Elevators being manufactured by Orona S Coop for India. Mr. Pankaj Gupta is an eminent Lawyer practicing at Delhi High Court is the key associate for handling all Legal, Contractual, Arbitration and Transaction Advisory related matters.

The clients are Hoteliers, Corporates, Industrial Manufacturers, Healthcare & Real Estate Developers. The company is also engaged by Private Equity Firms, Investors & Family Offices for Due-Diligence Reports and Audit for their investments in Building Infra Projects. Global C is also undertaking a lot of Brownfield projects and assisting Developers for up-gradation of Interiors, MEP Services &TOD/ Additional FAR Feasibility on the existing buildings & infrastructure of the clients.

Automation, Artificial Intelligence, SMART & Green Materials have already started rewriting the Construction Engineering sector in India. Indigenous Manufacturers for Building Product & Equipment need to evolve more robust & efficient assembly & Production capabilities to match omnipresent leaders in America, Europe & China and not so far behind evolving Easter Europe & South East Asia. The focus needs to be shifted from a decision, based on bottom lines to foreseeing stability and sustainability. The recycled Building Materials, Cleantech like Solar PV, Water & Waste Water Management is the Future.
