Training and Placement
At JECRC University, the Placement Cell has been actively working to connect job seekers with corporate partners who select students who match the required knowledge and expertise in their field. The Placement Cell is responsible for preparing the recruitment schedule for the year, inviting firms for pre-placement talks on campus, conducting final placements, and overseeing the process through the completion.

Campus Recruitment Training (CRT)
CRT is a mandatory & specially designed 300-hour program that covers all the pre-required training specifications by various companies in their selection process, including aptitude, technical, coding, communication skills assessments, resume building, psychometric tests, etc. The institution conducts offline sessions with the help of experts in the industry, topic, and company-specific online / offline Tests, Mock sessions for technical specializations, HR Interviews, Group Discussions & presentations.

JECRC University facilitates internships by establishing partnerships and collaborations with external companies and organizations. It is ranked 15th among (out of 515 participating colleges Across India) and Zonal Rank 3 (out of 127 participating colleges) for Internships by Internshala. The university has successfully completed 9 Years of Best-in-class internship, achieved 7371+ Success Internships. 101 Internship drives, 76% paid Internship, 67 Students from the JECRC University got Internship in ISRO and DRDO Govt. of India.
Encouraging Programming and Coding
JECRC is dedicated to promoting innovation and out-ofthe-box thinking in young minds. This goal is achieved through innovative activities and various hackathons to foster a coding culture on campus.
The Smart India Hackathon is a nationwide 36-hour event, organized by the MHRD, Govt. of India. At JECRC it began in 2017 and has become an annual event, with its 7th edition being the latest in 2024. It is the world’s largest Hackathon, having engaged over 10 Lakh+ students from 7218+ institutes in India. The Hackathon has two editions: Software and Hardware. The MHRD Innovation Cell organises SIH with problem statements provided by Central & State Ministries, Departments, PSUs, and Industries & NGOs.
JECRC Incubation Centre (JIC)
The JECRC University is committed to promoting a new entrepreneurial vision in the State of Rajasthan. The JECRC Incubation Centre (JIC) in Jaipur is recognized by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeiTY) Government of India. JECRC Incubation center is one of the only twenty Group 2 Centre(G2C) in India under TIDE 2.0 Scheme. In over 4 years of operation, JIC has successfully incubated 65+ startups, across various sectors like EdTech, ICT, E-Commerce, AgriTech etc. Additionally, the JECRC University Biotechnology Business Incubator is also approved by DST, Rajasthan.
JECRC is the sole institute in Rajasthan to have been chosen as the nodal centre for hosting the Grand Finale of Smart India Hackathon – 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 and this year JECRC has organised SIH prelims 2024 at its campus with more than 1800 participants from pan India solving the problems of various Government Department & Industry.

Zarurat “The Help Beyond”
Zarurat, which means – “helping the deprived”, is a non-profit student-run organization whose main motive is to help the underprivileged children residing in nearby neighbourhoods, by providing them with the basic needs and rights of a human, i.e. primary education.
Aashayein “The Life Saviours”
“Aashayein: The Life Saviours,” founded in 2003 at the JECRC Foundation, is committed to fostering a culture of social responsibility and, after that, also started at JECRC University in 2017. It is the student-driven community of JECRC University, that embodies this ethos with unwavering dedication.
Suhasini “BetiBachaoBetiPadhao”
Emerging with life’s mantra -” A vision and mission to make a better place for girls to live in”, students of JECRC laid the foundation of SUHASINI in 2015. Since its formation, the group has been working actively and dedicatedly for the cause “beti bachao, beti padhao.”
Soch “Kuch Kar Dikhane Ki”
SOCH Kuch Kar Dikhane ki is the social congregation of JECRC that works predominantly along the lines of social, and climatic interests of society. From planting hundreds of saplings in and out of the campus to cleanliness drives, from visiting orphanages to organizing incredible utility donation camps, this enterprise has done it all.
