The lockdown gave Mindskillz plenty of time to introspect and retrospect as an organization that got them ready for the “New Normal”. They knew it wasn’t time to stop and so invested in better branding of their company. They developed their virtual skills in the training space, heard podcasts, attended webinars and adapted to the change completely. They also invested their time in the digital space as it is an important factor to become a key market player and to stay in the business today.
Mindskillz launched the Learning Café @ Mindskillz Series and took the opportunity to invite a talented team of multi-faceted leaders, CEOs and managing directors from various walks of life to interact, visualize, learn and develop by listening to their views on the pandemic and how to restore faith and business in these difficult times.
When the whole world became standstill, Mindskillz overcame the adverse circumstances through connections leading to better business opportunities. All of this became possible with the launch and participation in Mindskillz Café.
With innovation, the change will come highly adaptive in organizations and will leverage their creativity and talent and evolve to meet the needs of a changing market. With this, Mindskillz had already made a smooth transition from ILT to Virtual Training.

When corporations struggle to remain alive by venturing through different channels in the virtual world, Mindskillz has turned the challenges through possibilities. While their busy parents worked from home to keep them engaged, Mindskillz introduced Little Wonders, which is an online home-schooling opportunity for kids. In the programme, Mindskillz used an interactive platform and a holistic approach that led the Organisation to achieve success.

Cavita Mehra is one such leader and is Mindskillz ‘s Principal Founder and Managing Director and has 45 + years of rich experience. She holds a Diploma in Mass Communications & Fashion Designing with English Honors & Psychology. Cavita is an experienced Organisation Chief and a multi-faceted character. Also, she has a stellar passion for quality and is by nature, a perfectionist.
As part of her accomplishments, at the International Leadership Forum in 2013, organized by IWLF, Cavita won “The Entrepreneur Leadership Award”. She has been a speaker, and a panellist at many Leadership Forms like Dun & Bradstreet, ISBR for Discussion on Entrepreneurship, CMINDSKILLZ, and WILL Forum. Also, she has been featured in Silicon India as ten most promising Personality Development Institutes and even been covered in the CEO’s magazine as one of the fastest-growing CEOs in 2018 and the Business Sight Media Magazine 2020.
Some of the causes she supports are The Mantram Art Foundation, an NGO that supports the “Girl Child Project”, WOW – Women Orbiting Women, which is another charitable cause to empower Mindskillz’s women. Further, she also volunteers for the Civil Defence Citizen’s Army as Divisional Warden.
Furthermore, Cavita is certified in Pranic Healing and is a Level 2 Reiki Healer. She is an ardent golfer and an avid reader. Meanwhile, she also strongly affirms that women can enrich the entrepreneurial space with a mindful impact on society at large.
