Ltd. in the year 1992 after working for over 8 years with the Indian IT industry. Dr. Saxena is the driving force behind the company’s growth, providing vision and direction throughout the journey of the company. He has mentored and encouraged Research and Development at NetEdge, incubating new ideas and initiatives that added value to services provided by NetEdge and helped the company to exceed customer expectations. He has been instrumental in bringing NetEdge from a startup with ‘One Employee’ operating from home office to a company with hundreds of employees spread across India, the UK, and the USA.

What steps have you taken to alleviate the risks to your company born out of the COVID-19 pandemic?
NetEdge’s business model is resilient to any kind of risk as it has been developed over a period of time based on the experience gained by the Company in facing 3 recessions right from Dotcom bust to the Financial Crisis of 2008 and disruptions caused by Digital Technologies. NetEdge has always emphasized on products and services that added value to its clients’ businesses. We have continued with this strategy during the COVID-19 pandemic as well. We were helped by the robust and flexible IT infrastructure at NetEdge which allowed us to move majority of our employees to work from home within a very short time. This helped us to provide the same level of service to our clients without any disturbance.
How do you align your company with your vision and mission?
We firmly believe that a company does not grow because of a single person but it flourishes well because of its employees. As a leader, it is my responsibility to keep emphasizing the company’s core values to the employees. In addition to this, we also share the company’s long term vision and mission regularly with the employees. Over a period of time, we found that the most effective way to disseminate our Values and Vision to the employees is to repeat it during our Monthly Town Hall meetings. Within the company, every manager is mandated to have an open meeting with its team members in an informal atmosphere where these values are reinforced and feedback is taken from the employees so that we can constantly improve.
How do you ensure to construct a process for implementing an innovative solution?
NetEdge as a company puts lots of emphasis on learning and employees development with a focus on research in the latest technologies. Company’s research and competency development initiatives are designed to innovate process frameworks, methodologies, and reusable knowledge objects. This innovation is demonstrated in solution definition and delivery to our clients.
