It is a very complex disease that doesn’t identify the exact reason. However, it occurs for a different kind of reason. Whoever faces this issue, they feel sad and overwhelmed. Putting heart, money, and time in business. It is easy to get depressed in the entrepreneurial world for the first time and later by handling the situation.
There are so many reasons that make us depressed in the entrepreneurial area such as have a big number of investors rejection, long working hours, being fired from own company, and many others. my advice for everyone tries to take a break and refresh your mind, then come back at your work. One more thing, don’t the thing to get fired, give your best effort, that’s all.
02. Anxiety
Anxiety disorder interferes with daily life that has intense, persistent and extreme worry and fear. It very difficult mange and sometimes get out of your hands and stay for a long time with you.
However, I don’t want to go deep in biology, the problems occur with you when you have made mistake in business and seen falling down so many companies because of some specific reason that you know. Passing through in this situation, you feel nervous all the time, increase your heart rate, feeling weak and tired as well.
03. Addiction
An entrepreneurs spends a fortune amount of time to obtain something, thinking about the project, and making the decision. Still, their plan doesn’t work properly, they feel overwhelmed and start doing strange things. Lately, some researchers have shown that habitual entrepreneurs have some kind of different unusual behavior like they always think about what kind of profit do I get by doing this and they spend more time on the internet than others. they become obsess about something sometime their negative emotions run inside of the head and they feel guilt. They start taking drugs and alcohol a lot.
04. Hypertension/Heart Disease
According to Helthline.com, the problems come from high blood pressure. The problems originate when you have an eating disorder, and you do less physical activity, becoming these kinds of habits can enhance the heart issues and other health issues as well.
There is no doubt that being responsible for an origination they have to do a lot of things, they see success and take stress as well, in such kinds of the situation they forget their health. In the end, they face issues like fatigue, pain in the back, arm, and shoulder, loos appetite, and many others.
05. Sleeping disorders
According to business insider, Elon Musk has 120 hours work week, that’s really crazy. There is no exception that entrepreneurs give a lot of effort to grow a business by sacrifices things. At some point, They de-priorities the personal relationship. They also skip the food timing and sleep barely to build businesses.
Unfortunately, sleep deprivation is spreading among entrepreneurs or businessmen, this is not good for them and neither for their businesses. By doing this, they are sabotaging success chances. In this way, you are going to be a low productive man.

Like I mentioned before an unhealthy life pattern causes you many issues which you cannot imagine in a dream. According to WebMD, people who spend the excessive number of hours on the computer or drive long-distance and a lack of sleep may give you eyestrain issues or because they read Eyes. Several reports have shown that entrepreneurs wake late at night. By having these kinds of habits, they faced vision-related issues.
07. Low sexual desire:
Again, your unhealthy diet and having anxiety or depression may reduce your testosterone level and will have low libido, Having Low T level can cause your sexual dysfunction. Creating some weird behavior like sleeping disorder, not doing any physical activity, and pressurizing yourself, these habits harm your hormones. The entrepreneur lifestyle is so confusing, that’s why they have to face such kinds of issues.
08. Migraines
According to Healthline.com, Migraines are actually a neurological condition that symptoms may start within two days before having a headache by itself, which is called the prodrome stage. At the time, during the time you will become a different person like food craving, become irritated, low energy, and feel depressed.
In migraines, it occurs aura after having a prodrome stage. During the time, you will get problems like vison, sensation, and not speaking clearly as well. It is way more than a headache. So, don’t be too obsessed with your star-up.
