Ennoble IP is a conglomerate of IP and allied research-based services, that works on optimizing the IP needs of 3 specific sectors – Small and medium enterprises, start-ups and educational institutions. Being primarily associated with the educational sector, Along with her entrepreneurship, Shweta is the Executive Director of Indian Academy of Law & Management. She is also the director of education at NASCAP. Being associated with the education segment, she supports the platform of ideation, where students are motivated to bring new ideas. Ennoble IP helps them to evolve these ideas into patentable inventions by provisioning them with modification, searching, drafting, filing etc. She also worked as a business analyst in SmartAnalyst in Gurgram. Ahead on the road, she acclaimed a global exposure by working as a consultant to WIPO, Geneva from 2013- 2019. Throughout this period, she authored numerous articles and 3 books which portrayed virtues of Intellectual Property Rights, Women Empowerment & Bio-ethics.

“I had this vision from my childhood to build something on my own and to do something different than what others of my age were doing,” Shweta acknowledges that her dream to craft her magnum opus was from a very early age. However, establishing the structure and taking it to the current standard took a huge toll on Shweta. During the formation of Ennoble IP, She was overwhelmed by anocean of challenges which primitively seemed unconquerable for her. Being a woman she had to face the orthodox nature of the society that shows numerous prejudices for aspiring women entrepreneurs. Secondly, while attending one of the Intellectual Property conferences in Singapore, she came across the fact that India was being intensively criticized for not being able to safeguard its intellectual property. Despite accommodating cultivated brains of the generation who show their excellence in working with intangible assets, India was not able to show its optimal efficiency. This was because of an undefined framework, which lagged the nation behind in Global Innovation Index ranking. These two factors were the immediate reasons that laid down the foundation of Ennoble IP.
During the time of its inception, India was quite unaware of the emphasis of IP services and the treasure it holds. This oblivious mindset also proffered unwillingness and ignorance towards the significance of investing in IP protection. She strongly believes that optimism and a positive attitude can turn hard work into success. The entrepreneurial world is full of challenges and for women, it becomes a path filled with insurmountable hurdles. However, if a woman believes in what she does and shows the potential and enthusiasm towards it, she’ll be easily able to prove the world what she is capable of.
Her entrepreneurship itself stands as an example of what women are capable of. Through her brainchild, the ‘WIFE’ initiative, she always keeps a constant approach to empower women to come forward and outshine their career.
