It is the need of the hour to have AC in the house during the summer season. If you are living alone, away from your family, then renting an AC makes a lot more sense than buying AC and paying a lumpsum amount.
There are multiple apps and online platforms that allow you to rent air conditioners in various pricing ranges. The cost of installation, maintenance, relocation, and other services are all included in the rent, thus renting an AC makes sense for a bachelor staying away from family in a big city.
Before renting out anything, you should read the terms and conditions of each of these platforms. Each platform has its own set of policies, conditions, and services.
FairRent – INR 915 per month
Air conditioners are available in a variety of options on FairRent. The platform has everything from window ACs with various capacities to split ACs. The platform’s monthly rent ranges from INR 915 for a 0.75-tonne window AC to INR 1375 for a 1-tonne split AC. The platform includes no installation fees, and the machine includes a stabiliser at no additional cost. Free maintenance, relocation, and other services are included in the rent.
RentoMojo- starts from INR 1219 per month for 1 ton
Both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store have the Rentomojo app accessible for download. On RentoMojo, the rent for a 1-tonne air conditioner starts at INR 1219 per month and goes up to INR 2469 per month for a 2-star 1.5-tonne air conditioner. Free relocation, upgrades, installation, and maintenance are all included in the rent. It is worth noting that the fare is determined by the length of time you rent the AC. In addition, the platform requires a security deposit, which will be refunded after your rental duration ends.
CityFurnish – INR 1569 per month
CityFurnish is also one of the best furniture and appliance rental services in the country. Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Bengaluru are among the cities served by the platform. Due to high demand, the platform currently offers only Window AC with a 1.5-ton capacity offered for INR 1569 per month. A security deposit is also required by the platform, which will be refunded after your rental duration ends. Like RentoMojo, the platform charges a fee for installation.
