Motivation towards building the company: Digital India and financial inclusion were the main thoughts to bring Digiosk into a shape. The target audience was the same which is unbanked or underbanked and away from the digital revolution in payments.
Different from competitors: The strong rural outreach makes a difference for Digiosk. With the launch of Digiosk Digital Outlets (DIDO) Digiosk will bring a robust change in the way of living and doing businesses in villages.
Network: The current focus of Digiosk is the underbanked and unbanked populace where outreach and acquisition are easy however conversion into transactions is challenging.
Research and Development: We are pleased to announce the addition of the “QR Code based UPI payment feature” at all Digiosk merchants. Unified Payments Interface (UPI) powers multiple bank accounts into a single mobile application (of any participating bank), merging several banking features, seamless fund routing & merchant payments into one and enables “Peer to Peer” collect request also.
