DU 2021 Admission starts from today, know application process and documents list

DU Admission 2021 starts today, October 4, 2021, at 10 a.m. In phase 1, only students who are eligible based on DU’s first cut-off lists are allowed to participate. The deadline to apply for admission to Delhi University is October 6, 2021, at 5 p.m.
Individual affiliated colleges issued the DU first cut-off list 2021 on October 1, 2021. This year’s admissions process is entirely online, and students are not required to visit the campus. Professor Rajeev Gupta, Chairman of DU Admission 2021, has advised students to avoid registering between the early and end hours of the day since traffic is expected to be heavier.
As seats are limited and cutoffs are high this year, students are encouraged to examine the situation before canceling their admission. A total of 70,000 seats are available throughout all affiliated colleges. In addition, this year, a total of eight institutions and ten courses have 100 percent cutoffs.
DU admissions 2021: Documents needed for registration
- Class 10-mark sheet
- Class 12-mark sheet
- Government identification proof
- SC, ST, KM, OBC, EWS, CW, EWS certificate, if applicable
- OBC (non-creamy layer) certificate if applicable
- ECA and sports quota certificates, if applicable
- Passport size photograph
- Scanned copy of the signature
DU Admission 2021: How to apply here
- First, search the Delhi University cut-offs for 2021, and then choose the colleges that are right for you according to your grades.
- Visit the affiliated college’s websites and choose a course that suits your needs.
- On the site, search for the ‘Registration’ option and click it.
- Complete the necessary details and submit the required documents.
- Pay the applicable amounts and submit the form.
- Save a copy of the completed application form for future use.
The colleges will verify the papers that the candidates have uploaded. If a document is not found by the college, it will call the students, who will be required to submit the papers within a certain time frame, or their admission would be canceled. If a candidate’s application is rejected, they will be considered new applicants and will be permitted to apply in future cut-offs. This year, Delhi University will announce a total of five cut-off lists.
