on-site practical experience. They have curated their courses in the light of the curriculum of the National Skill Development Council (NSDC) & Power sector Skill Council (PSCC). Eji Learning also provides placement assistance and career guidance after completing the courses.
THE MAN BEHIND THE IDEA
The leading man, Bhairaw Kumar Mandal, Founder & CEO, of Eji Learning, is armed with many titles- an Experienced Entrepreneur, a Managing Consulting Expert, a Technocrat, and so on… He holds close to two decades of extensive experience and is the initiator of this idea. An alumnus of NIT Jamshedpur, Bhairaw has done B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and MBA from Great Lakes. In the key position of CEO, Bhairaw is responsible for the strategic development and successful implementation of the system.
THE INCEPTION STORY & TEAM BUILDING
COVID-19 created unprecedented circumstances for the entire human population, one of the biggest challenges that came up was remote learning and skill development. On the 30th of March, 2022, Eji Learning has been launched as a full-fledged online learning and skill development platform to tackle this issue. Eji Learning is a venture that aims at bridging this gap through online and accessible training programs that makes learning easy, from anywhere at any time.
The foundation of Eji Learning was taken with a committed and dynamic team of marketing experts, financers, strategists, and technocrats, working in synergy to build a consumer-centric product. While building the team, Bhairaw’s focus was on making sure that the vision of the company and the employees align well and that the team is focused on disrupting the education sector through rigorous sales and constant product evolvement.

Ltd. has been working in the renewable energy and power sector for the past 10 years. They provide relevant content and on-demand training to the learners and that is what makes this platform stands out.
Also, Eji Learning has the advantage of being the early movers in this industry that provides training primarily to the untapped market of ITI diploma holders/ 10+2/ engineering 3rd & 4th-year students. It provides on-demand training in the renewable energy sector digitally.
