Inspiration behind inception
Elinor Moshe though arrived at a point in her career where she felt extremely unfulfilled, which served as the catalyst to found her mentoring business, focusing on the people behind the projects. “There is so much technical development and also generic coaching available, but few to none have the industry specific lens required to really understand what it’s like working in the construction industry,” elucidates the dynamic leader.

“Complacency and entitlement will kill one’s dreams and visions faster than anything else. To construct your own exceptional future, it’s your duty to take action on it. But the requisites to action is that it has to be immediate and massive, otherwise you will remain in your comfort zone.
