DRIVEN BY R&D
While FocusFew is very employee-centric, a lot of its investments go into R&D. “It is a critical part of our service offerings,” says Shivesh. Recently, it underwent a comprehensive rebranding exercise to adapt to the pandemic led market changes. Its inherent R&D helped in the swift transition to a remote work culture, which it intends to maintain in the future. “Our R&D helped us ride the digital-first wave and helped us take our organizational culture to the next level,” affirms Shivesh.
Its analytical model also helps in blending skills-based capabilities and aptitudes. FocusFew offers a unique and tech-based approach to keep their learning culture, employee onboarding and training comprehensive and simple by including live video recordings, templates, training records, and documents that build the corporate knowledge base. When combined, they form an organizational capability that other companies cannot merely copy and replicate. Its framework, values, and culture – everything is built with unique technical resources and best operational practices.
A PROMISE TO BE CONSISTENT
Three years down the line, FocusFew has put forth a vibrant growth marked by its client engagements and retention. “Our client engagements are as old as 2.5-3 years, and our retention rate is as high as 90%,” shares Shivesh proudly. Staying put on this scalable trajectory, FocusFew aims to continue nurturing and building on its core competencies.
A THOUGHTFUL NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER
“Money has no color, but what you are known for stays with you forever. As an entrepreneur, there are multiple paths to choose – and that’s the very definition of entrepreneurship. But if I were to give one piece of advice that has worked for me personally, I would say, don’t chase after endless dreams and ideas. Focus on a few things and get them absolutely perfect!”
