• Mannan Goel (Director): A seasoned professional with 18+ years of expertise. He holds a master’s degree in International Marketing from the University of Wales Institute, Cardiff. Mannan Goel leads the design, manufacturing, and execution of heavy structures, fostering a friendly work culture and driving business growth. He’s a trailblazer and inspiring leader who recognizes his team’s potential and strives for unity.
• Col Rajeev Kumar (Retd) (Executive Director – Roads & Infrastructure): A retired officer from the Corps of Engineers, Indian Army, his extensive experience in major infrastructure projects—including leadership roles in Border Roads Organization (BRO) and NHIDCL— brings unmatched expertise to HMM Infra’s operations.
• Varinder Kumar Bansal – Vice President (Projects & new business development):- Varinder is a Mechanical Engineering graduate having 42 years of rich experience in the power and steel sector, with BHEL, Larsen & Toubro. Quality professional who successfully launched business excellence initiatives to deeply root quality in the operations of thermal, Gas, and nuclear power projects. Holds many professional qualifications/ certifications like NDT Level II, from the American Society of Nondestructive Testing (ASNT), and global leadership development by the Ross School of Business, Michigan (USA). Bestowed with numerous prestigious national awards from CII, FICCI, BIS, and the Institute of Directors (IOD).
