Indian Railways has resumed the operation of 24 special passenger trains, checklist
There will be no modifications to the trains’ schedules, stops, or routes. Additionally, there will be no adjustments to the rates for these trains.
Despite the restoration of these trains, COVID-19 guidelines will be strongly implemented, and passengers will be required to follow them, according to the railways.

Apart from that, the railways have opted to run some special summer trains. On 5th June, Railway Minister Piyush Goyal announced on Twitter that a summer special train service between Gorakhpur-Panvel, Delhi-Gorakhpur, and Chhapra-Panvel has begun for the comfort of the people of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.
From June 6, a special train will travel twice a week between Gorakhpur and Panvel. Bhopal, Jhansi, Orai, Kanpur, Lucknow, Gonda, and Basti will all be reached, said by the railway.
The Gorakhpur-Anand Vihar special train, on the other hand, will begin running two days a week on June 7 and will pass through places such as Ghaziabad, Moradabad, Bareilly, Sitapur, Gonda, and Basti.
From June 12, a weekly train will travel between Bhusaval, Jabalpur, Prayagraj, Varanasi, Ghazipur, and Ballia, passing through stations such as Bhusaval, Jabalpur, Prayagraj, Varanasi, Ghazipur, and Ballia.
