To get a detailed view of the company and its overall work process, we arranged a telephonic interview with Mr. Rohit Grover and dived into an in-depth conversation regarding the company and its overall business portfolio.
THE PREFACE
Conceptualized in 1973, JREW targets four different industries- Construction Equipment, Material Handling, Agriculture and Railways. They mainly manufacture precision engineering components for all of the above industries and also export them to various American and European markets. The core products are Front Axles for backhoe loaders, Mast Assemblies for forklift trucks, precision machined components for harvester combines and critical fabrications for railways.
Also, they are into manufacturing of specialized attachments for construction equipment industry also known as off-highway machines, making the machines more versatile in application. Additionally, a few years back only, they ventured into manufacturing their own brand material handling equipment for the warehousing industry.
With a vision to emerge as India’s most reliable engineering products and components company, JREW made a humble foray into the world of engineering and since then, it has made a dramatic shift in its business approach that started with bright bar manufacturing and steel profiles trading. “We are committed to moving up the value chain by providing heavier fabricated/ machined components & sub-assemblies to our customers from our newly developed manufacturing unit in Faridabad which is strategically located to serve the needs of our valued customers whose utmost satisfaction is our success mantra,” asserts the leader about their secret sauce to success so far.

As per Mr. Rohit Grover, JREW has thrived due to its five core values only that are defined as “I CARE”. The values have been laid by the Founder and Chairman – Shri Ram Ratan Agarwal who follows the philosophy of “Look beyond Yourself”, and wishes everyone to follow the core values at JREW premises as well as outside.

They have been forging and continually nurturing their business relationships with the customers to bestow the whole ecosystem with holistic growth.
