Taapsee Pannu launches Outsiders Films production house
Taapsee Pannu, a Bollywood actress, announced her transition to a producer on July 15 and said that she will continue to promote excellent content under her Outsiders Films banner. The 33-year-old actress, who is well-known for her roles in Hindi films such as “Pink,” “Mulk,” “Manmarziyaan,” and “Thappad,” said her entrance into film production was organic.
After spending many years in the Bollywood industry Pannu has launched Outsiders Films with Pranjal Khandhdiya, a content creator and producer who has worked on films such as “Super 30,” “Soorma,” “Piku,” and upcoming movie “Rashmi Rocket,”
Pranjal and I both come from humble backgrounds; therefore, the name Outsiders Films fits with us, Taapsee added, we want to make movies that are meaningful, engaging, and of top quality. Pannu runs a wedding planning company and the 7 Aces Pune badminton team, believes that managing her businesses comes easy to her.
I’ve always wanted to open my own production business. She added, my fans and the industry have shown me a lot of love and support throughout my 11-year career.
She has a busy schedule right now, with roles in Loop Lapeta, Rashmi Rocket, DooBaaraa, a south film, and Shabaash Mithu, among others.
