Yogita’s fascination in the talent management sphere came from an evergreen passion to make a difference. Even as a student, she had been exceptional, with numerous accolades to her name. After completing her computer engineering from NSIT and further earning an MBA degree from the prestigious Indian School Of Business (ISB, Hyderabad), Yogita forayed into her professional quest.
Over the next decade, she attained commendable experience in Business Development and Consulting across various verticals Financial Services, Telecom, Retail, Information Technology, and Learning industries like Genpact Headstrong and HP, in the UK, USA, Europe, and APAC. The experience turned her into a Strategist and Business Development leader, and further, gave a deep insight into the emerging challenges of the Industry.
“There was a massive gap between the technology skill market and people, which restricted them from getting jobs according to their skill set”, asserts Yogita. But, the founder was fairly unaware of the recruitment industry or its business dynamics.
Nonetheless, driven by her passion, she chose this path and decided to build valuable relationships for clients and candidates by providing efficient talent solutions. And iXceed was incepted in 2016, in London, UK. Yogita’s repertoire in various verticals has helped her formulate Global expansions with exponential revenue growth. Her responsibilities revolve around strategizing business growth while exploring new arenas to develop innovative offerings. She also oversees the accurate functioning of delivery, sales, operations, while keeping clients and employees satisfied. Above all, she channels the ethos of creating value for the human ecosystem.

Becoming a 1st generation entrepreneur, that too as a woman, was not at all easy for Yogita. Even in that period, she faced numerous orthodox challenges from both – professional and personal space. She was judged and widely criticized for her career choice. In her words, “I was told that, married women (with kids) shouldn’t really be trying to experiment with entrepreneurship.
They advised me to focus on helping my husband fulfil his entrepreneurial dreams so that my kids can fulfil theirs”. But her sheer will and unyielding dedication kept her moving and emerge unabashed. Furthermore, she was inspired by Indira Nooyi and supported by her mother that kept her strong amid the storm.
After a period of constant perseverance, Yogita highlights how women entrepreneurs can shape the business fraternity. According to her, the multi-tasking capabilities of a woman can guide a community with valuable influence. And encouraging them will widen funding opportunities and contribute to the economic value of the world as well.
A female leader has the ability to sustain relationships and is more efficient in communicating, organizational and networking skills. Leading with better throughput will create new opportunities and help the community with better management, discipline, and business complications.
