Reflects his tenacious path. Born in 1977 in Bilgaon, a tiny village in Madhya Pradesh’s Morena area, his upbringing in a poor family did not damper his zeal. His move to Delhi was fraught with adversity—he juggled odd occupations to make ends meet, from driving a tempo to sleeping on pavements and working in libraries. During this time, he fell in love with Shraddha Joshi, a fellow aspirant undertaking PCS training and eventually becoming a Deputy Collector.
