With the increasing influence of digitization – smartphones, the internet, and social media have created a roaring influence in our lives. In the business world, it’s the most efficient platform for brands to reach their audience within time. With this, women entrepreneurs are enterprising on ideas and passion for change and innovation. Speaking of which, digital marketing is continually mushrooming as an eventful prospect for aspiring women. The beauty of this vertical is it allows promoting any nature of business, from designing artwork to interior decoration or even handcrafted apparel.
Anisha Singh Motwani – a young and dynamic entrepreneur, was inspired by these opportunities. She entered the digital marketing arena in 2015 and unfurled her potential through her brainchild, Quite Easily Done (QED). Our latest edition of “The Influential Business Women of the Year 2022” exhibits the women leaders stirring the business world with their impactful journey. And we are pleased to present Anisha for being the impactful leader she is.

Anisha’s journey as an entrepreneur is nothing, unlike passionate women going above and beyond to see the fruits of their labour. She has struggled with challenges, self-doubt, fear, worry, joy, and pride, but she has never let them stop her from learning and excelling. QED has the same values for its clients. It’s a dynamic & creative hub of all-in-one marketing and advertising needs. The organisation recognises the modern needs for learning and succeeding in business; and optimises, strategizes, and creates online campaigns that cut through the noise. “From brand strategy, digital media planning, performance marketing to creative design and branding, we do it all quite easily,” says Anisha.
QED is always on track with the uprising industrial trends, changing cost patterns, shifting customer demands, as well as challenges, and designs its campaigns accordingly. This is further backed by R&D. Although it has recently ventured into R&D based projects, Anisha believes it’s a core pillar behind the development of their offerings. In the last 5 years, the company has boosted the growth of numerous brands in media, food & beverage, finance, retail, hospitality and a lot more. Being a Kolkata-based firm, the clients that hold a special place for them have been The Telegraph group brands, especially handling the brand t2 and the iconic confectionary Flurys.
QED’s prowess in maintaining its growth streak complements its young and dynamic workforce. However, keeping this workforce engaged and functional is a challenge and tests Anisha’s stewardship. Before joining QED, she held executive positions in prestigious firms and was struck by the toxic culture. Hence, she ensures the same doesn’t happen at QED. The firm maintains harmony yet a healthy competitive streak amongst the workforce. Here, leaders interact and spend time with team members about their careers and future aspirations.
“Employees sometimes just need a listening ear, and it’s critical to provide that. I make sure there’s a good balance of everything to make sure they’re content,” explains Anisha. Put it another way, QED ensures its team’s work-life balance and that they ‘enjoy’ what they do. Furthermore, if any employee demonstrates an aptitude for other divisions, the company’s management will relocate them so that they bring more value to the organisation.
Besides being a lucrative business, QED also invests its time in empowering West Bengal’s new generation of artists. Anisha is a National Council Member of the WICCI Arts Leadership Council, which is how QED holds digital modules for artists. The idea behind this is to train artists on how they can grow in the online space. “This is a once in quarter training session that we provide them free of cost,” says Anisha. With business as well as going above beyond to empower those who need it, Anisha has established a visible presence across the eastern market. Now they are focusing on North and West and are dedicated to creating a differentiated impact.
