It’s a reality of our nation that there are jobs in the market, but there are no suitable candidates. On the other hand, the unemployment rate is at its highest. He has led several functions like HR, SW Development, Customer Service, Process Improvement, IT, and has been associated with organizations like HCL, IBM, Nihon Unisys, TGK(Japan), Bharti Telesoft (Airtel group company), etc.
He is a visiting faculty in several MBA Institutes and has worked in and visited countries like Japan, Thailand, France, Bangladesh, and Pakistan besides India.
