Ex-Spicejet COO, Starts His Aircraft Charter Company: Sirius India

A few days after Arun Kashyap resigned from his position as the COO (Chief Operating Officer) of Spicejet, announced the launch of his aircraft charter company Sirius India Airlines.
As per the press release on Tuesday, April 9, 2024. Arun Kashyap started Sirius India in collaboration with Airavat Aviation subsidiary of Dubai-based Transworld Group. Arun has more than 25 years of experience in the aviation industry, he has held leading positions in some of the big names in the industry.
With a strong foothold across countries from the Middle-East, Asia, Africa, and Europe, Transworld Group specialises in luxury charter service. Initially the Sirius Airlines will operate a Hawker 4000 aircraft and are later planning to expand its fleet to three planes by the end of this financial year.
In a press report Ramesh S Ramakrishnan, chairman of Transworld Group said, “We are thrilled to introduce Airavat to the Indian market,”.
