- Hari Nair – The CEO and Co-founder of GadgEon Systems is an insightful entrepreneur and innovator in IoT technologies for digital transformation. Acquiring rich expertise and experience of over 27 years in many product companies, Hari has Co-founded two successful companies. He has handled business development, finance and operations management. Hari is an MTech-CSE holder from IIT Madras. In GadgEon, he looks after the overall delivery by ensuring the on-time quality product development. For him, GadgEon is his extended family. His vision for the company is to become a 500 crore revenue making business with all the employees and stakeholders making a good RoI.
- The other key members who have helped shape the vision and growth are Girish Kumar, who drives the technology vision as the CTO. Shiyas Shahabudeen, who drives the strategy and customer success as the CSO. Rajeev Nair heads delivery and ensures absolute client satisfaction, and Jino Sebastian leads the solution architecting function. A strong founding team like this has helped GadgEon position itself as an engineering company at the core and a company that delivers on its commitments.
- The other members of the founding team, Aravind Ravikumar is the CEO of GadgEon Medical Systems and Sreejith Bhaskaran Nair is the CEO of GadgEon Lifestyle. Both of these companies are 100% subsidiary companies of GadgEon.
GadgEon has brought in senior leaders like Shravan Dantu and Davis M.C, two widely respected industry veterans, to further spur the growth. Shravan comes with the experience of working in large organisations like Accenture, HP ES. As the Head – Market Expansion, Davis MC is an entrepreneur and an expert in multi-site program delivery and Global Business Acceleration.
