TRANSFORMING THE CONCEPT INTO A STRUCTURE
InnovoSoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. was found in the year 2016 by Dr. Nitheesh NR and Ms. Sindhu Reddy. Dr. Nitheesh NR started his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 18, in the educational realm. In 2016, he joined hands with Ms. Sindhu Reddy, a Software Engineer and conceptualized IST. Since the company was structured by an innovator and a software engineer, they named it as InnovoSoft Technologies, where “Innovo” stands for Nitheesh NR and “Soft” stands for Sindhu’s area of speciality. Dr. Nitheesh NR was honoured with “Honorary Doctorate” by Global Triumph Foundation at Global Peace Convocation for his innovations and inventions he has done for the betterment of the society and the development of the nation.
Later in the year 2019, as a part of the expansion, they raised their capital and welcomed Mr. Regi Thomas (Chief Operational Officer). Mr. Thomas is a mechanical engineer, businessman and NRI with an experience of more than 20 years.
A WIDE SPECTRUM OF PRODUCTS
Dr. Nitheesh NR says “Provide a solution that fills the need for the present and stick on to the present market trend”. When we speak of the current market and products, the first thing that comes into our mind is “Sanitizers”. The whole world is in chaos, due to the COVID-19 outbreak and everyone is looking forward to protective measures. IST has contributed to this by devising an “Automatic Sanitizer Spraying Machine”, which is supplied all over the country as per requirements.
Apart from this, IST keeps a keen look on the other pain points in society and craft solutions through their R&D process. This has helped identify many concerns across the country and to answer them, IST has worked on building the appropriate solution. The first product they crafted is “Sanitary Napkin Incinerator”. Since napkins are non-biodegradable and inappropriate disposal can be harmful to the environment, IST built this product to safely eradicate used napkins. Second, is a product for burning adult diapers and household waste items. The machine has the capability of burning waste in 1000 to 1200 degree Celsius. Third, they conceived a virtual trial room “E-try”. The product is focused to help customers try their desired dress virtually and see how they looked. The product has grabbed a lot of attention and helped shop owners reduce cloth damage.
In addition to this, the company has queued more projects in its pipeline that fit the ongoing scenarios and will be released soon. Their selected cluster of merchandise has helped in establishing a PAN India presence with dealers and distributors across 18 states. In the last few years, IST’s products have caught the attention of offshore markets and are exported to all neighboring countries, gulf countries and most of the African countries as well.

The company has its own CSR project “ArogyaVidya Bharat”, which focuses on girls’ hygiene and access to clean sanitary napkins and proper disposal options. The company has dispersed 3000 sanitary napkins minimum for a year in schools, colleges, public comfort stations etc. Also, they have installed 400 + sanitary napkin incinerators, sanitary napkin vending machines across India with more than 6000 direct beneficiaries.
Other than this, they have also initiated e-learning Smart Class Projects with the help of NGO’s, CSR groups and local panchayat. This has helped in increasing headcounts and improving education quality in rural govt. schools. Until now they have helped more than 200 + schools in different states.
A PROGRESSIVE PLAN OF ACTION
The company has portrayed a very sustainable performance over the four years of business. Following its preceding success, IST’s foremost concern lies in strengthening their offshore export and delivering elite products. In the next three years, the company is aiming to devise consumer electronic products and waste management solutions and thereby spreading the “Make In India” initiative. IST has also built consortiums-based ventures in different countries. In 2019, IST has crafted consortiums in Nepal, SriLanka, Kenya, UAE, Qatar and Trinidad. The company is aiming at advancing to 10 more countries within the next few years.
