Dr. Satya Vadlamani is a seasoned professional in the pharmaceutical field with over 32 years of varied and extensive experience in the same domain. In academics, Dr. Satya is a Ph.D. holder in strategic management. She also has an MBA in marketing and an undergraduate degree in engineering.
Growing significantly with a multi-disciplinary approach under the management of Dr Satya, MKPPL has established a client base of 200+ across 64 global brands and exceeded US$6 million in turnover.
Interestingly, the creation of nanospheres—a polymeric matrix with a spherical shape and a diameter range of 10 to 200 nm—is at the core of Dr. Satya’s innovative methodology. By dissolving, entrapping, encapsulating, or connecting pharmaceuticals to biodegradable and biocompatible polymers, these microscopic marvels transform medication delivery.
The ingenious design of nanospheres makes it possible to provide medication orally in the best possible way, both locally and systemically, because they may enter cells and tissues to target specific organs.

Dr Satya kickstarted her journey in pharmaceuticals as an export manager at Armour Chemicals Ltd. in 1992. Throughout her journey, she worked for several companies before founding MKPPL.
Spearheading MKPPl with her astute leadership, extensive knowledge base, and practical expertise, she positions the company as a leader in intellectual property, accumulating a sizable number of patents that attest to the business’s strength. With a focus on aqueous technologies, MKPPL has made significant strides in a number of therapeutic domains, such as cancer, ophthalmology, transdermal applications, corticosteroids, and oral solid dosage products.
