The light bulb moment
Akassh spent twenty years in corporate leadership roles prior to founding Peepoye Network. In the middle of his journey, he realized that one skill or art he was using in his work as a process transformation consultant was to solve problems for large houses. He then began to realize that the value he was generating for these companies was intense, but what about all the people who are struggling with so many problems in their personal space or their social environment?
This is when the seed of creating content on social awareness started to seep in. Akassh always had strong opinions and a logical justification for them. Although his viewpoint wasn’t always shared by others, it had a lot of merit due to the manner he approached problems. He was confident that by creating a platform through which he could begin sharing his thoughts with a larger audience, the value it would produce would be a crucial source of support for so many people in society.
He launched “Peepoye Network,” a YouTube channel in 2016 while he was still employed by corporations, with the goal of exposing the concealed. On his YouTube account, he began posting his thoughts on numerous social happenings, incidents, and popular subjects. He also coordinated campaigns to bring attention to some particularly delicate issues.
Due to the difficulty of completing this aim while also holding a position of significant responsibility, Akassh left his job last year and has been working full-time on YouTube ever since. From 300K followers on YouTube to 1MN+ subscribers, the channel has increased.
During this time, we have promoted many quality brands and reported on numerous stories, two of which have gained widespread attention: one concerns a Indo-German couple who were subjected to harassment from members of their community over a matter of dog poop, and the other concerns Rankaj Verma, who, despite being innocent, was implicated in the Chandigarh University MMS Scandal as a result of careless reporting by some well-known mainstream news outlets.
These subjects offered additional evidence of how a community’s collective thinking and action might result in more significant improvements. This was verified further. When Rankaj openly praised our efforts as the only factor in his release from prison and was able to eat inside since he is aware that we are reporting this, another event that took place during this time was the expansion of our channel, which we noticed.
As he uses data analytics for everything he does at a much deeper level, including some scientific models around the creation of audience avatars which many creators do, Akassh’s consulting experience was helping the channel without the channel even knowing it. He understood YouTube algorithms much better than most YouTube creators in the space do.

Peepoye Network further arranges a trip for its staff once every three months. Their squad was formed after Covid. They could only complete these jobs in 2023 as a result. There is no subjectivity involved in assessing the success of each team member thanks to a strong performance scorecard and a well-defined learning strategy. Additionally, there is a robust focus on learning while working.
Feathers on the cap
Not just in terms of subscribers or followers, but also in terms of actually impacting people’s daily lives, they have achieved enormous success with their content. Their membership base has grown from 300K to over a million after Akassh quit his job just one year ago. During this trip, they helped thousands of people become more aware of the issue while also assisting in the search for justice for people like Rankaj, who was unnecessarily involved in the Chandigarh University case, Shahdat, the Lucknow cab driver, and other people.
They have also successfully launched their platform with the aim of helping people who are stuck doing something they do not feel passionate about and helping them develop their influence and business around passion. They’ve also started a weekly mentoring programme in which Akassh personally composes emails discussing various ideas, methodologies, data, YouTube, and other things he learned throughout his 20 years of corporate experience plus his five years on YouTube in order to help people learn from them.
Since the program’s only goal is to spread information and knowledge, it is accessible to anybody with a willingness to learn. It has no expense at all.
Future outlooks
The future objective for Peepoye Network is to enable 1Lac people to use the flagship programmes to create numerous income streams while engaging in the activities they love, pursuing their interests, and realizing their full potential. Their flagship programme, known as “Youtubeneur,” is now being prepared for debut in January 2023.
