Kalaiselvi has been associated with Recruise for the past 10 years, with a keen mind for recruitment. The unique ability to manage people combined with the recruiting skills has led her from a Recruiter to an Operations Manager. Her expertise in recruitment and managing the team in the various sectors is an asset to the recruitment industry and Recruise. Her prime fortes lie in establishing and streamlining the recruitment process, team and people management, stakeholder management and induction programs.
Rakshitha has been in Recruise for more than 7 years. She is an HR expert with extreme quality experience in Talent Acquisition, managing and leading the Recruitment team to achieve organizational goals. Her fortes lie in strong business and market understanding, executive/leadership hiring, demand management and fulfilment planning, strong stakeholder management, sourcing strategy, and headhunting. The company considers her as a great asset to Recruise owing to her matchless expertise in recruiting and client management skills.
Shruthi has been at Recruise for the past 5 years and has an immense passion for the recruitment process.
