Redmi 10 to launch in India on March 17: Specification, price, and more

Xiaomi has announced that it will be launching the Redmi 10, which will be the latest budget smartphone from the brand, on March 17. Ahead of the launch, Xiaomi has posted several teasers on its official site, which suggests that the specifications of the Redmi 10 could be similar to the global model that was launched a few weeks ago. So, very little is left to imagine.
In India, the Redmi 10 is estimated to cost approximately INR 10,000. Because the company has generally launched earlier models in the same price range, the new one is likely to do the same. The Redmi 9 was launched at INR 9,499, while the Redmi 9 Prime is priced at INR 10,499.
Redmi 10 Specifications
The upcoming Redmi 10 features a standard appearance that you’d expect from a budget phone. Instead of the punch-hole design that we normally see on Xiaomi’s mid-range smartphones, this smartphone provides a waterdrop-style notched display. It boasts a “huge display,” a thick chin, and two rear cameras. The Redmi 10 is said to include a “big battery” and capability for rapid charging, according to Xiaomi. The global model provides a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W charging.
The Redmi 10 will use a 6nm Snapdragon processor, unlike the worldwide model, which features a 12nm MediaTek Helio G88 CPU. It will include “super-fast storage” in addition to a more power-efficient processor. It might have either UFS 2.1 or UFS 2.2 storage options.
