Sheeba’s substantial industry experience positions her as a strategic partner of any organisation’s talent development program. Her core services include: one-on-one Executive and Leadership Coaching/Consulting, 360 Assessments, Leadership Development training and Workshops. She has effectively collaborated with emerging leaders, managers, senior directors, vice presidents, partners, CEO’s and teams seeking leadership excellence and cohesiveness within their roles. Moreover, she has worked with clients across the globe and within a broad range of industries including education, technology, law, healthcare and financial services.
Being an influential leader came naturally to Sheeba who possesses an attitude that is unwavering and persistent. She was born in New Delhi, India. During her early childhood, she immigrated to the United States and grew up in Silver Spring, Maryland. She successfully completed her Bachelor of Science dual degrees in Mathematics and Secondary Education from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Later, she commenced her career in the education space as a high school teacher in mathematics. She got married and moved to Northern New Jersey with her spouse, where she continued with her teaching career for several years. Her dedication to the job was such that it was important for her to motivate and guide her students and help them set better goals while pursuing measurable steps of success. She was grateful to find out years later of the true impact that her approach had on many of the students that she had taught.
PERIPETEIA
A series of events drove Sheeba to enter the business landscape. Firstly, she was graced by the birth of her first child that led her to resign from her teaching job. But later, she had to bear the pain of losing her parents consecutively due to some critical health issues. All the successive events proved to be a crucial defining point in her life that made her realize a deeper meaning of life. She recognized her purpose – ‘helping people to live each day on purpose so they may lead well in the spheres of influence they are called to engage’ was something that always came naturally to her. And that’s how her entrepreneurial journey began, driven by certain unprecedented events in life.
Today, Sheeba has emerged as an influential woman who supports leaders at all different levels, facilitating trainings around a myriad of leadership topics and as a result of her work with clients, have also written her first book, hoping that it will be a useful resource for emerging leaders to thrive in the workforce.
KEEPING ABREAST OF THE MARKET TRENDS
To be in sync with the latest trends in any industry, it is imperative to understand what is happening around us and to be a continuous learner. And for this reason, Sheeba continues to invest time on learning and developing, as well. As leadership is a subject with diverse aspects that is in the ceaseless process of expansion, she continues to grow.
She saw how leadership was deeply affected during the COVID-19 crisis when companies witnessed unfavourable disruptions and so many organisations were seeking innovative ways to drive the business forward. Organisations became more assertive in pivoting to the remote teams in a much-sophisticated manner. “Companies are dealing with global teams, 5 generations within one organization, diversity and inclusion concerns, and the list goes on. This is when you want to work with a leadership coach to support you in the ever-changing leadership landscape,” affirmed Sheeba.
INSIGHTS INTO WOMEN ENTREPRENEURSHIP
For women, a myriad of challenges creates hurdles to their surging success. As Sheeba has a diverse experience of coaching countless working women, she acknowledges the issues faced by them on a daily basis. She states that it is not easy for women as they have to create a sheer balance between their personal and professional lives- be it family, children, making leaps in their leadership aspirations or being taken seriously on the decision-making table. Working women are constantly trying to prove their worth and aspire to get equity in their pay.
However, she believes that today females have more growth opportunities than ever before, which should be utilized affirmatively. Acknowledging the scenario, she persistently encourages women leaders to lean in and ask for what would support you to grow in your leadership.
“I avidly support women enthusiasts in their entrepreneurial goals. It gives me great joy to see both men and women thrive in their respective businesses. Without any doubt, it is not easy to pursue entrepreneurship. But persistence, focus, and insightful mentors can turn the tides in your favour for sure. It was a dream that my father had when he came to America- to start a business. It really never worked out for him. However, all three of his children now own businesses,” shared the entrepreneur. Moreover, in her amazing journey as an entrepreneur, she is immensely grateful for the incessant support she has received from her spouse. She describes him as a fantastic leader whose progressions in the business world are driven by integrity and insightfulness to the people around him.

Scaling the heights of success, Sheeba has been granted several recognitions. In her journey so far, the ‘maestro’ has also crossed many significant milestones as well. She has been a prestigious member of the Forbes Coaches Council since 2018. Additionally, Sheeba has been awarded Top Leadership Trainer Award by the International Association for Top Professionals in 2020. She just released her book Confidence, Clarity and Ease: A Guide For Emerging Leaders To Thrive. This short resource is for emerging leaders to use as a tool to support their leadership. She has heard from a number of readers that this resource is also helpful within the home, as well.
