Therefore, it is quite important to ensure that there is no any collection of stagnant water. You should be cautious about the overflowing or leakage of pipes, potted plants, empty-handed vessels. You can prevent from mosquitoes with the help of mosquito nets or other chemical repellents.
02. Drink clean water
Water contamination is quite common in the season of monsoon. Children are prone to be affected by the diseases like dysentery, typhoid, cholera etc. Therefore, it is advisable for you to choose mineral water and always give your child the packaged bottle water. Avoid eating street food as much as you can during monsoon.
03. Consumption of fresh products

You should include fresh vegetables and fruits to keep your child healthy. It will also keep the digestion of your kid quite good. Try to collect nutritious food at home so that children cannot eat any kind of unhealthy food. Try to avoid spicy food and junk food which is rich in oil and fat. 04. Physical exercise
Regular physical exercise enhances the mental health of the children. But during the time of monsoon, it is advised to limit outdoor activities as much as possible. Try to engage your child in indoor activities like chess, ludo, puzzles, board games and read books. Give your children food rich in vitamin C for example oranges, strawberries, broccoli, Brussels sprouts etc.
