Brahmi

Tulsi

Lemon Balm
As the name suggested, this herb smells like a lemon and comes from the mint family. It is commonly found in North Africa, Europe, and West Asia but grown across the globe. Traditionally, it has been used for relieving stress, improving mood and cognitive function.
Dosage: Dosage can be twice a day, 300 mg each time.
