“Establishing a collaborative and conducive work environment is where I am motivated to do better day by day,” quoted Khushboo.

“Moreover, I am always into promoting a healthy work environment where everyone’s voice is paid equal attention to,” Agarwal noted. She further adds that as a leader it becomes crucial to observe the overall progress of the teams towards the established goals – be it together with or independently. Therefore, empowerment, communication and healthy work culture are the cornerstones of her effective leadership. There can be individual or situational progress, which should still be rewarded and noted, even if the wider project is still moving slower than hoped.
