SRI AYAAN INITIATIVES LLP
Introduces Platform ‘Mapha’ Under The Saas Model For Training Employees And Teachers Of Any Organization
The influence of a teacher on a child’s career cannot be measured. From LKG to higher studies, their constant support and guidance kindle the students’ world with abundant knowledge and information. But, what about teachers’ training and their self-improvement programs? In India, the educational system pays great emphasis on the studies and educational expertise of students. On the contrary in developed countries, training and skill development programs are designed for teachers more often.
In India, there are over 10 million teachers. Needless to say, these teachers are central to student’s learning and they need to become more effective in their practice if they have to improve student’s learning outcomes. In order to continuously support and upgrade skills of over 10 million teachers, it is becoming quite clear that teacher training at physical locations on fixed days cannot reach to all teachers. The traditional methods of teacher training and sporadic support are not enough i.e. not for the teachers and certainly not for their students.
Data released by the District Information System for Education (DISE) for 2015-16 shows that only 15% of government school teachers received training. Most of the time, these trainings are ad hoc one-off exercises without any meaningful follow-up. Trainings are often not designed systematically, not based on needs, assessment and tend to be irrelevant, outdated and repetitive. Teacher training methodologies need to be evolved to ensure effective transfer and application of knowledge and skills and to provide continuous access to learning opportunities for all teachers.
Sri Ayaan Initiatives LLP has introduced ‘Sri’ under the SAAS model for training employees and teachers of any organization. Now, the question arises, what is MAPHA exactly? Without going roundabout, let’s dive into it. MAPHA is a mobile-based digital platform, which takes care of employee/teacher training, evaluation, analytics of employees/teachers and branches/schools to the stakeholders.
The vision of MAPHA is to provide customers access to quality service by enabling employees/Teacher with quality training and the mission is to reach one millionemployees/teachers by 2022.
NOW, LET’S TALK ABOUT HOW “MAPHA” IS DIFFERENT FROM THE COMPETITORS IN THE MARKET.

- This application is a unique digital platform, which can address training problems, whatever may be the permutations and combinations i.e. irrespective of no of employees, Locations, Language, and Sector, etc.
- This application is administrative/management driven i.e. management can decide schedule so that the server will atomically push the training content when and what. It is an essential unique feature when compared to other LMS.
Talking about its clientele then the Company provides its services to State and Central Govt. School Teachers of different states in India, other state and central Government departments where staff training is required. For example the Health department, Income Tax Department, GST Department, etc. Corporate clients especially having huge marketing staff scattered across different places like automobile showrooms, Retail chain stores, Pharma Companies, etc.
No route can be perfect. There are obstacles and detours in every trajectory that ought to be crossed. Let’s take a quick view of few challengesin employee/teacher training that “MAPHA” can address:
- Equal quality of in-service employee/teacher training.
- Day to day training to each and every employee/ teacher.
- Limited and inconsistent options to measure in-service Staff/teacher training performance.
- 100% control over employee/teacher training
Besides these, Sri Ayaan Initiatives LLP has done a fantabulous job. The paragraph below is talking about its achievements.
