Explaining the exclusive portfolio of the company, Ruchi asserts, “We have our head office and our production unit in Kanpur, India, since we incorporated this company in the year 2010. In simple words, we started with pharmaceutical raw intermediates and Nutraceutical raw materials. And now at this level, we have over 12 formulations of blends and premixes that are known as Vitamin Blends. Moreover, if we talk about the key motivation behind this whole journey, our prime goal was to bring a quality buying experience filled with technical knowledge to the pharmaceutical market.
Initially, when we entered the market, we had to analyze and understand the market demands, mode of transactions, and promises that accompany such sales to make them a fruitful recurring business. Although we are stronger than our competitors as our team has doctoral level experience when finding solutions and strategies in technical and management domains, this gives us a competitive edge in the raw material market, which the traditional suppliers do not enjoy.
Moreover, if we talk about the mission that drives our team towards growth and development, we cannot forget to mention our goal to set up control throughout the market. If I have to explain things in simple words, I would give an example; if you have a stomach ache, then you go and take a specific allopathic medicine, but if you take a proper amount of probiotics there, you don’t need to take a look at the medicine all at. Now, my vision is that our industry and my company should also reach that level where people are aware of it, and I leave no stone unturned in educating our buyers via weekly blogs that we circulate.”

At present, I am completing a certificate course in super food formulations from London. Education is something that one can never finish and if we are to be technically different and innovative, we must accept continuous learning, this is how we provide great customer experience to our clients and buyers.”- Ruchi Khanna.

When the team of Rass Biosolution Pvt Ltd entered the market, it was a completely different and new environment for them. There were a plethora of challenges and hurdles that they had to face to survive in the cut-throat competitive market. But after the global pandemic of COVID-19, people automatically became more conscious about their health and overall well-being creating a boom in the market and for our business. “During COVID-19, we worked on a new formulation, but we educated our buyers on the long-term wellness advantages of the products as well, which was more complex.
So, many patients were suffering from diarrhea as diarrhea was a very common problem in COVID. We worked on the formulation of a simple but effective remedy of B complex Blend formulation where we made small changes in B 12 composition ratios, and the results were awesome. This integration we applied in north India to a few companies and pharmaceutical companies in South India-and that was the formulation and innovation that helped us to survive during COVID and helping us even at present.
